I, KOGAN BORIS GIRSHEVICH sold and HOLIK ALEH GRIGORIEVICH bought the apartment No. 83, which consists of two rooms with 29.37 square meters of living area and51.17 square meters of total area, the apartment is located in nine-storey panel apartment house, situated in the city of Mozyr, 43 Interanatsionalnaya st.
The buyer confirms the ownership of the apartment providing the certificate No. issued by Mozyr bureau of inventory and registration from July 10, 1995, and the registration certificate No. issued by Mozyr bureau of inventory and registration from October 30, 1991.
The BUYERS assume the responsibility for the real estate taxes payment, they shall perform maintenance and repair of the apartment at their own expense observing the regulations and rules, and also share all house repair expenses including capital repair, in proportion to the occupied area.
The abovementioned apartment is sold for 50 000 000 rubles, that were given to Seller before signing the agreement.

'Prejudice and lies will not stand' says Beijing, still furious over Liu Xiaobo's Nobel peace prize
China's state-owned media calls Nobel committee an 'evil cult' while state security abducts rights campaigners from the street and cuts their communications.
China reacted furiously to the honouring of jailed dissident Liu Xiaobo today, increasing pressure on sympathisers and denouncing "prejudice and lies" as Barack Obama called for the Nobel peace laureate to be released. Even before the ceremony began, state media had published a fresh spate of denunciations of the 54-year-old and the judges who selected him.
The foreign ministry spokeswoman, Jiang Yu, attacked the event as a "political farce" in a statement and warned: "Prejudice and lies will not stand." In an article headlined "Today's Oslo – a centre of an evil cult", the nationalist tabloid the Global Times said China was being put on trial through the honouring of a criminal. Another commentary in the People's Daily – the official Communist party newspaper – described the prize as a tool of western political forces, adding: "A few westerners … [wish] to destroy China's development."
Although relatively few people in China know Liu, many of those may sympathise with the government's portrayal of him as a stooge of the west. That owes something to his own statements – such as an off-the-cuff, apparently polemical suggestion in the 1980s that only colonialism would transform China – and much to a campaign of vilification.
