Learning foreign languages is my hobby. In addition, it is not only my hobby, it is my passion. Words have never been invented to describe how much I like to write original essays on various topics. I have a talent for words that excite, educate and persuade at once. I like to translate Russian and Ukrainian poems into English, as I want that our poets and writers will be known not only in our country but also in all over the world. I have many fresh ideas and would like to share with it. I am an achiever. Superwoman is my middle name. I am always anxious for success. I certainly know how to get a job done. I am compulsive about using every second of a day to a good effect and I get irritable with people who take life at a slower pace. As Confucius said: «Choose a job you love and you will never have a work in a day». The odds are ten to one I will be a good candidate for this job.

Жара в городе вначале была незаметна. То есть, конечно, еще как заметна, но кого же удивишь в июле жарким днем. Потели, отдувались, обмахивались газетами, в горячих автобусах ловили сквознячок из окон, страдая в давке чужих жарких тел. Ф-фух, с ума сойти!
Хотя, разумеется, с ума никто не сходил. Дома отдыхали в трусах, дважды лазая под душ.
Так прошел день, и другой, и столбик термометра уперся в 33. Ветра не было, и в прокаленном воздухе стояли городские испарения. Одежда пропотевала и светлый ворот пачкался раньше, чем добирался от дома до работы. Расторопная рысь сменялась неспешной южной перевалочкой.
Статьи газет выдавали хронику сердечных приступов в транспорте и на улицах.
Суббота выдала 35, и на пляжах было не протолкнуться. Песок жег ступни. В тени жались вплотную.
Воскресные электрички были упрессованы, будто объявили срочную эвакуацию, Город ринулся вон, на природу, под кусты, на свои и чужие дачи; под каждым лопухом торчала голова, и в глазах маячило извещение: хочу прохладной воды.
Продажа пива и лимонада действительно перекрыла рекорды. Главным наслаждением манило глотнуть колющееся свежими пузырьками пойло из холодильника. Люди выпивали все, что течет.
И долгожданные вечера не приносили облегчения и прохлады. Окатив водой полы, спали голыми поверх простынь, растворив окна, и утром вешали влажные постели на балконах, где уже жег руки ядовитый ультрафиолет.
Дождей не было, а поднялось до 38, и это уже запахло стихийным бедствием. Вентиляторы настольные, напольные, подвесные и карманные, с сектором автоповорота и без, простые и многорежимные стали обязательной деталью быта; вращение, жужжание, комнатный ветерок вошли в антураж этого лета.
Люди работать перестали. Устали. Ждали спада, дождя, прохлады.
На сорока семи потек асфальт тротуаров и битум с крыш. Под кондиционером дышать можно было, но передвигаться днем по городу опасно.
Дольше жили те, кто собирался большими семьями, сумел организоваться, сообща заботиться о прохладе, воде и пище.
Температура повышалась. Слепящее солнце пустыни разрушало все остатки города.

The sale of beer and lemonade has really won all records. The main pleasure was a gulp of fresh prickling bubbles of the water straight out of the refrigerator. People drank everything that flows. Long awaited evenings did not bring relief and coolness. Tabletop, floor, pendant and pocket, simple and multi-mode fans became a mandatory part of everyday life. People stopped working. Tired, they waited for a slump, rain, coolness. Asphalt walkways and bitumen of the roofs begun to flow at 47 degrees. Under the air conditioner, it was possible to breathe, but move around the city during the day was dangerous. Those lived longer, who gather together, who were able to organize, collectively took care of the cool, water and food.
